Regular Registration: November 24th, 2026 - January 28th, 2027
On-Site Registration: Please note that there will be a fee of $125 for on-site registrants starting January 29th, 2027.

ANNUAL MEETING Cancellation Policy
Prior to and including November 23, 2026
Registrants may cancel either by logging into their existing registration online or by emailing a cancellation request to asrmoffice@gmail.com
If cancelled online, a refund, less a $75 administrative fee, will be issued automatically; if the cancellation request is emailed, the registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded AFTER the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after November 23, 2026. Fees cannot be reduced for partial attendance.
