FELLOWSHIP OVERVIEW
The Microsurgery Fellowship Match was established in 2010. Its goal is to coordinate fellowship appointments, thus relieving the pressure o f uncoordinated appointments and forced early choices. The Microsurgery Fellowship Match is hosted and administered by SF (www.sfmatch.org).
Timeline for 2025 Match
January 5, 2026 - Applicant registration
March 4, 2026 - CAS target date (not a deadline)
June 3, 2026 - Match Deadline (12:00 PM PT)
June 10, 2026 - Match results (9:00 AM PT)
June 11, 2026 - Any vacancies will be announced on the Immediate Vacancies page
July, 2027 - Microsurgery fellowship training begins
Program Match Registration

As a Microsurgery Fellowship Program Director or Fellowship Administrator you are invited to submit your fellowship information to the ASRM for placement in a database and posted on www.microsurg.org for public viewing.
