Upcoming Annual Meeting

The AAHS, ASPN, ASRM Annual Meeting Group Rate ranges from $329.00 to $494.00 per night. (Additional taxes and fees apply.)

The Group Rate is valid starting on August 8th, and open until rooms are sold out or until the cut-off date on Monday, December 22, 2025!

Online reservations are required and based on the hotel’s availability. Once the block of rooms for the 2026 meetings is reserved, you must book outside of the Group Rate.

The hotel cancellation policy: You must cancel within 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night room and tax penalty to your card on file.
