Position Description:

a two-year experience that will enable the applicant to engage in one year of dedicated research followed by a clinical fellowship in reconstructive microsurgery. Research will focus on 1) health outcomes research following oncologic reconstruction surgery, with a specific focus on patient reported outcome measures, and/or 2) health services research. Upon successful completion of the research year, fellows will automatically transition into the clinical fellowship in reconstructive microsurgery.

Qualifications:
|
Applicants must be fully trained plastic and reconstructive surgeons who display a track record of research productivity throughout residency and are interested in pursuing a career in academic medicine.
