Young Microsurgeons Group
As a young member of the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery you are welcome to participate in the YMG and we hope that you do. The mission of the YMG is to enhance the voice and representation of younger members in the society; to support new members in their efforts to provide the highest quality patient care by upholding and advancing the sub-specialty of microsurgery and complex reconstruction through education, research and professional activity. In addition our goal is to bridge the gap between younger and established plastic surgeons while acting as a resource for networking, sharing of fresh ideas, political advocacy, leadership, and development.
